These Terms of Use set out the agreement between you and Ustreme, so please take some time to read over them and understand them. By signing-up to USTREME, you confirm that you are bound by these Terms of Use, including any changes to them or the USTREME service in accordance with these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use were last updated in November 2020.

WHAT IS USTREME?
With USTREME, you can either subscribe to Month Passes or Annual Pass

MONTH PASSES AND ANNUAL PASSES

HOW MUCH DOES EACH MONTH PASS COST?
There's no sign-up fee. There's a monthly subscription fee which you pay for each month pass when you sign up (unless we tell you otherwise), and then each month after that, until you cancel. If you purchase an ANNUAL Pass, you are charged when you sign up; and each 12 monthly period after that until you cancel.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel you should use the 'cancel membership' in the profile menu dropdown under your username. Once cancelled your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel Monthly Subscription, your subscription will end 30 days after your subscription payment. If you purchased an Annual Subscroption, the subscription will expire at the end of 12 months from the initial date of the subscription payment. For avoidance of doubt, We do not offer refunds on subscription payments or digital downloads, or pay per views.

MONTHLY: Your debit/credit card will be debited on the day you sign up for any month pass, unless we tell you otherwise. You'll get access to the relevant service straight away. You'll continue to have access to your month pass, month after month, until you cancel the relevant pass. Unless we tell you otherwise, in most cases you'll be charged on the same date every month for each pass, or the next working day if that date falls on a weekend or bank holiday.

Don't worry, there's no long term commitment. You can cancel your month pass service at any time before your next month is due to start, and, when you cancel it, you'll continue to have access to the relevant service until the end of the month you've paid for (i.e. your 'usage month') unless we tell you otherwise, but it won't be automatically renewed after that. You can of course re-activate your month pass service on your account at a later point.

ANNUAL: Your debit/credit card will be debited on the day you sign up for any Annual pass, unless we tell you otherwise. You'll get access to the relevant service straight away. You'll continue to have access to your annual pass, until you cancel the relevant pass. Unless we tell you otherwise, in most cases you'll be charged on the same date every year for each pass, or the next working day if that date falls on a weekend or bank holiday.

You can cancel your annual pass service at any time before your next year is due to start, and, when you cancel it, you'll continue to have access to the relevant service until the end of the year you've paid for (i.e. your 'usage year') unless we tell you otherwise, but it won't be automatically renewed after that. You can of course re-activate your pass service on your account at a later point.
