TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use set out the agreement between you and Ustreme, so please take some time to read over them and understand them. By signing-up to USTREME, you confirm that you are bound by these Terms of Use, including any changes to them or the USTREME service in accordance with these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use were last updated in July 2024
WHAT IS USTREME?
With USTREME, you can either purchase a Monthly, Annual or Lifetime subscription and merchandise through our Shop
HOW MUCH DOES EACH SUBSCRIPTION COST?
There’s no sign-up fee. There’s a MONTHLY subscription fee which you pay for each month subscription when you sign up (unless we tell you otherwise), and then each month after that, until you cancel. If you purchase an ANNUAL subscription, you are charged when you sign up; and each 12 monthly period after that until you cancel. If you purchase a LIFETIME subscription, these are valid for 30 years (360 Months) or the lifetime of Ustreme.com (whichever is soonest)
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel you should use the ‘cancel subscription’ button under Account Settings accessed through the gold circle in the top right of your screen. Once cancelled, your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period. Your auto-renewal will also be cancelled
If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, your subscription will end 30 days after your last subscription payment. If you purchased an Annual Subscription, the subscription will expire at the end of 12 months after your last subscription payment. If you purchased a Lifetime Subscription, the subscription will expire at the end of 360 months from the initial date of the subscription payment or the lifetime of Ustreme.com (whichever is soonest)
If you wish to close your account, please email [email protected]. This will delete all account information permanently and your account will be closed with no further access to any content. This can take up to 30 days to be processed therefore, you may still be charged your next scheduled subscription fee. In this instance, we advise cancelling your subscription before contacting us to close your account
For avoidance of doubt, We do not offer refunds on subscription payments, digital downloads or pay per views
SUBSCRIPTIONS - A BIT MORE DETAIL
USERS: Users are allowed up to three devices on the same account. New sessions can still be created, however if the user exceeds the allowed limit of three, you will be logged out of your earliest session
MONTHLY: Your debit/credit card will be debited on the day you sign up for any month subscription, unless we tell you otherwise. You’ll get access to the relevant service straight away. You’ll continue to have access to your month subscription, month after month, until you cancel the relevant subscription. Unless we tell you otherwise, in most cases you’ll be charged on the same date every month for each subscription, or the next working day if that date falls on a weekend or bank holiday
Don’t worry, there’s no long term commitment. You can cancel your month subscription service at any time before your next month is due to start, and, when you cancel it, you’ll continue to have access to the relevant service until the end of the month you’ve paid for (i.e. your ‘usage month’) unless we tell you otherwise, but it won’t be automatically renewed after that. You can of course re-activate your month subscription service on your account at a later point
ANNUAL: Your debit/credit card will be debited on the day you sign up for any Annual subscription, unless we tell you otherwise. You’ll get access to the relevant service straight away. You’ll continue to have access to your annual subscription, until you cancel the relevant subscription. Unless we tell you otherwise, in most cases you’ll be charged on the same date every year for each subscription, or the next working day if that date falls on a weekend or bank holiday
You can cancel your annual subscription service at any time before your next year is due to start, and, when you cancel it, you’ll continue to have access to the relevant service until the end of the year you’ve paid for (i.e. your ‘usage year’) unless we tell you otherwise, but it won’t be automatically renewed after that. You can of course re-activate your subscription service on your account at a later point
LIFETIME: Your debit/credit card will be debited on the day you sign up for any Lifetime subscription, unless we tell you otherwise. You’ll get access to the relevant service straight away. You’ll continue to have access to your Lifetime subscription for the period of 30 Years (360 months) or the lifetime of Ustreme.com (whichever is soonest) from the date of the purchase. These subscriptions are non-refundable. Lifetime Subscriptions can only be purchased from Ustreme.com

Discount codes are not applicable on the purchase of gift cards and are not available to use through in-app purchases
